چکیده
Fibrous wastes correspond to approximately 54.3 wt.-% of a banana plant. The waste weight is mainly bunches, stems, and leaves. These ligno-cellulosic fibre can be designed tailored yield value added products which exploited by the farmers, exporters weavers. Pectin (plant cement) hemicelluloses (22-25%) found in plant cell walls plate (middle lamella). macromolecules have needs hydrolyzed faster without affecting quality fibre. chemical mechanical processes adopted for fibres actually affect color uptake, strength thus fetching lower price. We report biological ecofriendly method retting where pectinases produced endophytic microorganisms pseudostem were used separate bundles cellulose.. Endophytes are live close relationship with living tissues cooperative delivering few auxiliary metabolites proteins possibility hydrolyse plant-determined host. They spend entire or part their lifecycle colonizing within sound host plants. The pectinase helps break down find commercial application extraction fibres.Seven bacterial isolates screened isolated screening agar medium [PSAM]. Pectinase producing bacteria from corm Amorphophallus paeoniifolius reported us Staphylococcus sciuri, Exiguobacterium acetylicum, indicum good producers having specific activity 8.26, 12.61, 6.81 respectively. Treatment these microbes showed 91%, 94%, 96.7% loss total stem leaving behind pure cellulose fibres.

Electrophoretic Characterization of Casein of Refrigerated Cow and Buffalo Milk Preserved with Banana Pseudostem Juice
Cow milk, a highly nutritious food item, is amenable to quality degradation due to lipolysis and proteolysis, as a sequel to the growth of spoilage microorganisms, particularly under ambient condition in tropical countries, with consequential loss of aesthetic appeal and product output. Prescription antibiotics used for milk preservation have many undesirable side effects on the health of consu...
متن کاملIsolation, Identification and Metabolic Characteriz- Ation of Cellulolytic Enzyme Producing Bacteria from Banana Pseudostem Waste Using Phenotypic Microarray Technology
The purpose of this study was to isolate cellulolytic enzyme producing bacteria which may able to utilize banana pseudostem as sole carbon source for production of cellulolytic enzymes. This was attempted by isolating 10 bacteria from banana pseudostem waste. Out of the screened, isolate NAULH-5 showed high cellulolytic activity. The isolate NAULH-5 produced highest 5.97 U/mg endoglucanase, 2.2...

Background The assessment of the nutritional composition and phytochemical screening of banana pseudostem (PB) and flower (FB) advocate this nonconventional food source for routine consumption, considering its various health benefits. Objectives The aim is to assess the proximate nutrient composition, fatty acids, minerals, amino acid profile, and global antioxidant response (GAR) of PB and F...
متن کاملEffects of delayed icing on the sensory, chemical, microbial and microstructure attributes of banana shrimp (Fenneropenaeus merguiensis) during ice storage
The effect of delayed icing on the quality of banana shrimp (Fenneropenaeus merguiensis) was investigated by determining sensory, physicochemical (pH, TVB-N and WHC), microbial (TMC, total mesophilic counts and TPC, total psychrophilic counts) and microstructure aspects over 20 days during ice storage. The fresh shrimp stored in the immediately iced after caught (lot I) were organoleptically ac...
متن کاملRetting of Flax by Aspergillus niger.
In this study, retting was carried out by Aspergillus niger. The pH, galacturonic acid (GA), and total reducing sugar were determined; the end point was identified by the classic empirical processes and by the maximal GA content of the retting water. The process gave clear and resistent fibers, and the retting time was similar to that of current industrial processes with bacterial enzymes. Cont...
